Proof of Industry Affiliation

All registered attendees will be required to provide photo ID along with one of the following forms of ID based on your relationship to your business:

  1. Business Card
  2. Business License
  3. Tax Certificate
  4. Two copies of wholesale invoices
  5. Picture of your store front with your name showing
  6. Print out of your home page of your website

Employees – present one of the following with personal photo ID for each employee requiring a badge:

  1. Payroll check
  2. Check stub or W-2 form
  3. Company credit card

Show Rules

The Philadelphia National Candy Gift and Gourmet Show is not open to the public. It is open to the TRADE ONLY. Individuals with no professional affiliation will not be admitted under any circumstances. Please note: This is a wholesale show and attendees will not be allowed to remove merchandise from the show floor. This is an order writing show only - All orders must be shipped to the buyer.

In order to provide a safe and professional atmosphere during the show, we will strictly enforce a NO BAG policy. We do not permit backpacks, duffel bags, boxes, luggage, wheeled carts, large handbags, or large briefcases on the show floor. We will distribute clear bags for collecting literature and legitimate samples that are provided by exhibitors. A BAG CHECK SERVICE is available to all attendees.

No one under 18, (including infants) will be permitted on the show floor! In order to maintain everyone's safety, Strollers will not be permitted on the show floor.

Removal of saleable merchandise or samples from exhibitor displays is prohibited. Anyone found in violation will be asked to leave the show.

Solicitation by anyone who has not paid to exhibit at the show is prohibited.

The taking of photographs, videos, etc. on the exhibit floor is strictly prohibited without prior written approval of Show Management.
